I'm a doctoral student at Charité, applying computational time-series methods to circadian medicine — decoding time-dependent patterns in routine clinical data, especially vital signs, to understand how they shape patient outcomes in the ICU amid environmental and clinical confounders. My path here began with a Bachelor's in India and a Master's in Bioinformatics in Germany.

Individualized data-driven light intervention in intensive care unit patients

Circadian rhythms are often disrupted in critically ill patients, worsening outcomes. Non-invasive detection and normalization in the ICU are not yet implemented. This project integrates high-resolution patient data with dynamic light therapy to restore circadian rhythms.
