I'm a doctoral researcher with a background in biochemistry and molecular biology. My project focuses on how misaligned feeding schedules affect circadian rhythms across organs and immune cell populations. Using transcriptomic and computational approaches, I investigate mechanisms of internal circadian desynchronization and their implications for circadian medicine.

Internal circadian desynchronization and its impact on immune regulation

Internal circadian desynchronization, common in shift work, jetlag, and clinical care, alters immune regulation. This project explores how cellular clock synchrony can be quantified and how their desynchrony affects inflammatory programs.
