I am heading the Institute of  Medical Biometry and Statistics at the University of Luebeck. As a  biostatistician, I am a collaboration partner in many interdisciplinary  projects comprising genetic epidemiology of complex diseases, prognostic  modeling using diverse statistical methods, and planning and analysis of  clinical trials.
