Join the Chronobiology Summer School to dive deep into circadian medicine, engage with cutting-edge research, and network with fellow PhD students from inside and outside the consortium.
The TRR 418 Chronobiology Summer School 2026 is co-sponsored by EBRS and will bring together leading experts and early-career researchers to explore the fundamentals and clinical translation of circadianbiology and circadian medicine. Hosted in the historic city of Lübeck, the four-day program combines lectures, discussions, and interactive sessions covering molecular clocks, circadian physiology, sleep, metabolism, and chronotherapy.
Participants will gain insights from internationally recognized researchers including:
Russell Foster (Keynote Lecture)
Achim Kramer
Henrik Oster
Tanja Lange
Luísa K. Pilz
Valerie Simonneaux
Sara Montagnese
Martha Merrow
Felix Naef
The summer school highlights key areas such as circadian clocks, sleep regulation, chronoimmunology, circadian metabolism, and chronotherapy, while emphasizing the translation of chronobiology into clinical practice.
The program provides a unique opportunity for young scientists and clinicians to interact closely with experts in the field and to discuss current challenges and future directions in circadian medicine.
